  • American Indoor Air Quality Council (www.indoor-air-quality.org) is a non-profit association for IAQ managers, technicians, investigators, consultants and professionals. The American Indoor Air Quality Council promotes awareness, education, and certification in the field of Indoor Air Quality through learning, sharing, and networking. Visitors may search for list of certified professionals.

  • Envirosense Consortium, Inc. (www.envirosense.org) is a non-profit organization of strategic companies and other Associations that address Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) issues. The Consortium provides educational programs that focus on proactive solutions for building, product, and maintenance systems.

  • Healthy Building Network (HBN) (www.healthybuilding.net) is a national network of green building professionals, environmental and health activists, socially responsible investment advocates and others who are interested in promoting healthier building materials as a means of improving public health and preserving the global environment.

  • Health House (American Lung Association) (www.healthhouse.org) provides information for consumers and builders. Resource topics include: particulate matter and biological contaminants, indoor humidity/air filatration, volatile organic compound emissions, and energy/resource efficiency.

  • Healthy House Institute (HHI) (www.hhinst.com) is an independent resource center offering books and videos for designers, architects, contractors, and homeowners interested in making houses healthy places in which to live.

  • IAQ INFO (http://www.epa.gov/iaq/iaqinfo.html) is an easily accessible, central source of information on indoor air quality, created and supported by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

  • The National Center for Healthy Housing (NCLSH) a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing children's risk of lead poinsoning as well as other hazards in the home including allergens and irritants associated with asthma.
