California Multifamily Housing Consortium seeks to improve delivery of energy efficiency services to the multifamily sector, in both existing and new construction multifamily dwellings. The Consortium is made up of existing multifamily organizations, cities and counties, public housing, building officials, investor owned and municipal utilities, appropriate state and federal agencies, financiers, and the university and community college systems. Consortium members work together to identify energy efficiency related market needs and barriers, provide resources, and cultivate links between the resources, knowledge, and multi-family housing providers.
